    Excellent condition, one-owner 2011 Ducati 796 Monster ordered from Italy.  The bike has never been down, has run high octane gas, and has always been stored in a temperature-controlled garage.  The bike has under 4,100 highway commuting miles.  It is aesthetically and mechanically in top condition.  Standard dealership maintenance includes the 600-mile service and a second oil change.  The next service is at 7,500 miles, and regular services are only required thereafter every 7,500 miles.     Up for auction is: a 2006 Ducati S2R Dark Monster 800 motorcycle.  Everything on it works as it should.  This motorcycle is in very good condition, with only 7,100 miles on it.  I’m the second owner, the first being a police officer.  I can say with certainty that it has been well maintained its entire life.  I’ve thoroughly enjoyed riding it with no complaints and no issues...  It features the Ducati performance ECU, K&N air filter, bar end mirrors (stock mirrors included), CNC billot aluminum clutch and brake levers, shorten tail and the tires were purchased last season with approx. 1,600 miles on them.  There is also a Nelson-Regg expandable tank bag "17-21 litres" included with the bike.  The tank was recently replaced per a Ducati recall.  There is no “red key”, but it is not required to do anything beyond programming.  There are very minor dings and such, as would be expected with any used motorcycle, but truly nothing notable.  I’m getting up in years now with deteriorating health and therefore have no option but to sell it.  There is “no reserve” on this auction.  Any questions, please ask now.    Shipping: This is a pick-up only item.  It's currently located in Thompson, OH 44086.

Audi Reports Ducati’s Q2 2014 Sales Results

Ducati sold 26,740 motorcycles worldwide during the first half of 2014, up 2.9% from 25,982 motorcycles sold in the same period last year. Sales revenue however saw a drop of 2.2% in the opening six months of the year. According to the second quarter report from its parent company Audi, Ducati saw increased demand in the U.S.

Stefan Bradl Signs with NGM Forward for 2015 MotoGP Season

NGM Forward Racing has signed Stefan Bradl to race in the 2015 MotoGP season. Bradl will ride the Forward Yamaha Open class machine next season after spending his entire premier-class career with the LCR Honda team riding the RC213V. “It’s with great pleasure that we welcome Stefan Bradl in our team,” says Giovanni Cuzari, Forward Racing team owner.
