2004 V-Star 1100 Custom with 6,200 miles.  21" front tire RC rims, 18" 200 in back, dropped 4 1/2 inches.  Champagne (light gold) color with lots of chrome.  Sampson pipes & more.  Rides and sounds great!  Stored in garage with minimal use.  Have all records and receipts for customization.  Pictures do not do this bike justice...it is a must see!

2012 Yamaha YZ250F Announced

Yamaha revealed its 2012 YZ250F motocross bike with a number of updates. The 2012 Yamaha YZ250F gets several engine refinements including a new 39mm carburetor, compared to the 2011 version’s 37mm carb. The piston and piston pin are said to be lighter, while the connecting rod and counterbalancer are also new.

Yamaha to Produce $500 Motorcycle for India

The 106cc Yamaha Crux, seen here, made for the Indian market is currently Yamaha’s least expensive motorcycle at approximately $650. Yamaha has announced plans to produce a $500 motorcycle for the Indian market. The dirt-cheap motorcycle price war is on the boil.

Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes

This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.
