Kawasaki KDX description

THIS IS THE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER FINAL YEAR OF THE KDX!
2006 KDX200 IN EXCELLENT SHAPE!  ALL ORIGINAL...
VERY LOW HOURS (I listed 100 miles as the mileage---have no idea of the actual mileage)...
starts, runs, rides, handles, etc. perfectly...lights work....
always stored indoors.....never raced....light trail riding only....no leaks....
I HAVE A CLEAR TENNESSEE TITLE IN MY NAME....

the first owner rode it very little & put normal light scuffs-scratches on it...
I am the second owner & bought it intending to start racing again, but never got around to it..I have ridden it less than 1 hour since I bought it....

negatives:
--I accidentally overtightened the small metal fastener on the left side number plate, so it needs to be fixed (small part that is easily replaced).....
--1 of the kickstand bolt holes is stripped & needs to be retapped & replaced with a larger bolt (see pic where I am pointing to it)..I use the triangular removable sidestand you can see in the pics (it is included also, along with the original kickstand & bolts)....
--on the rear right side of the front number plate, the green plastic bracing was broken (see pic where I'm holding it), but I 'welded' it back together with a soldering iron & it seems to be holding well (see next pic)

I will not crate or ship ; pickup or shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer......I will help load it onto your truck, trailer,etc......sorry; not interested in trades (cash sale only) & I will print out a bill of sale if you need one......$500 deposit to paypal within 48 hours & balance to be paid in cash OR by paypal when picking the bike upafter examination & full payment, it belongs to you...I am trying to give you all the info I can on the bike & want to be as honest & fair as I can, but IF you examine the bike when you come to pick it up & can show me that it's not what I said it was, I will refund your deposit, end the transaction at that point & we will end all obligations to each other at that time......I can hold the bike for a couple of weeks to give you time to arrange for pickup...

I shouldn't have to say this, but if you don't want the bike & are not going to pay for it, PLEASE do not bid & waste my time.....I'll give you a honest chance to back out if you come to pick the bike up & you can show me that I've misrepresented it--I think that's more than fair....I have had too many people who won auctions on other bikes I had for sale & then backed out .....thanks..

Sykes Staying with Kawasaki Through 2016 WSBK Season

Tue, 19 Aug 2014

Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes has signed a contract extension with Kawasaki to see him continue to ride for Team Green through the 2016 season. Sykes, who currently holds a 44-point lead over Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli with three rounds remaining in the season, has been with Kawasaki since 2010. Since hopping on board the Ninja ZX-10R superbike, Sykes has won 22 WSBK races and holds a record for 23 Superpoles in the current qualifying format.

Single-Cylinder Kawasaki Ninja Spotted in Indonesia

Tue, 31 Dec 2013

Based solely on recent history, you’d think the engineers at Kawasaki are strong believers of the “bigger is better” philosphy. You need only look at the Ninja ZX-6R which shook off the shackles of the 600cc supersport segment with a 636cc displacement, then came the Ninja 300 replacing the 250. New spy photos from Indonesia, however suggest there’s still room for smaller engines from Team Green.
