Indian board track racer description

I have up for sale 2 "Indian" board track racer REPLICAS. Both have been done with antique style finishes. Pics just don't do them justice!!!! They have 80cc 2 stroke motors, and are a blast to ride !!!! Even the most seasoned motorcyclist cant help but smile when riding one of these. Tho they are functional and tons of fun to ride, they also are just great pieces to use as art/decor. Would be great for display in a bar or restaurant just as they do at Portillo's. Everywhere I've taken them they turn heads and draw tons of attention!!! Most people even ask, "how old are they?", thinking they may be originals. Truly one of a kind, functional, fun examples of the early 1900's style boardtrackers! As I stated I have 2 of them for sale but will be listing them separately in different auctions. Read carefully to be sure of which one you are bidding on !!!!! This auction is for the #3 bike, with the distressed red finish. This bike features that great old deep red color of the antique Indians of the early 1900's with black tires. It has been topped off with a hand crafted seat and antique style foot peddles. They both run great and are very easily maintained. With a 2 stroke motor there is very little to worry about... I have never shipped an item such as this so not exactly sure the best way to ship them or what it would cost. Obviously shipping cost will depend on buyers location. Ebay makes you put in a price for shipping or you can chose local pickup only. Please dont be fooled by the "local pickup", I will be more then happy to ship them one way or another. However, any and all shipping arrangements and costs are to be made/paid by buyer. I will do anything possible to help with shipping. Including packaging or delivery to shipper such as UPS, or FedEx. These bikes are sold AS IS Where IS, with No warranty, and are NOT returnable. Please read and look carefully. Know what you are bidding on and feel free to ask any and all questions. I will do my best to make this a great auction experience for all parties involved. Don't forget to check out the other bike I have for sale and Bid on your favorite or maybe even both !!! Thank you for looking and good luck in the Auction....

2015 Hero HX250R – The Indian Sportbike Developed by Erik Buell

Wed, 29 Jan 2014

Indian manufacturer Hero MotoCorp revealed a new 249cc sportbike developed with the help of Erik Buell Racing. Hero is calling the HX250R for now, though the name may change before it enters production in the second half of the year. Whatever the name, the HX250R will be Hero’s flagship model and the company’s weapon against former business partner Honda and its CBR250R.

Our Magnificent seven

Wed, 16 Feb 2011

Remember to dust your Union Jacks down if you happen to be visiting any Grand Prix this year as we have no less than seven youngsters to cheer on in the junior Moto GP classes. I don’t think we’ve ever had this many ‘yoofs’ in the GP paddock so let’s hope they can do the business and bring an end to our long drought of Grand Prix titles. And that could be soon as Scott Redding is already a hot favourite for the 2011 Moto 2 championship on his Marc VDS Suter machine.
