Up for bid is a 1973 Husqvarna WR125 project motorcycle. No title. Off road use only. If you have a zero feedback, you must contact before bidding. Frame # MJ-03846. Engine # 2027. The bike has been sitting since the late 1990's. It does not run. The motor turns over with great compression. Has spark. Looks to be complete. It has Ceriani rear shocks, Leleu hubs. Akront wheels. Gas tank, has a large indent on top, looks to have some light rust inside, but solid. Wheels looks straight. Handle bars are bent on the right side. front and rear brakes work. clutch works, shifts through the gears. please see all of my pictures before bidding. A Closer Look a the New 900cc Husqvarna Streetbike
Wed, 15 Jun 2011Husqvarna will enter the twin-cylinder market in 2012 with a variation of the F800 powertrain from Husky’s parent company BMW, enlarged to around 900cc. This supermoto-styled version will undoubtedly be accompanied by a more dirt-worthy adventure-touring model. The test mule seen in these photos appears to use several components from the BMW F800R, including its swingarm and wheels.

Husky hasn’t released any factual information about the company’s 701 prototype except for some existential blather on the company’s Facebook page. “It is a glimpse of the future Husqvarna design direction, the philosophy that future Husqvarna’s will follow, where the surfaces of the bodywork are understated, focusing on simplicity.” That’s more bodywork than we’ve seen on any modern Husky.
BMW Set New Sales Record in 2011 – Husqvarna Sales Continue Plunge
Mon, 09 Jan 2012BMW sold 104,286 motorcycles in 2011, the most units the German manufacturer has sold in a single year in its entire 90-year history. 2011 sales surpassed the previous record of 102,467 units sold in 2007. 2011 also saw a 6.4% increase in BMW’s motorcycle sales over the 98,047 units sold in 2010.
