Great Condition, very reliable, Fairings , fenders and Gas Tank have been professionally custom painted red, White & Blue. Stars are under the Clear Coat. Beautifully Done. Includes Corbin Cafe Racer Seat. History said the top end was completely rebuilt at 24,420 (see picture) Includes original workshop manual. Also comes with hard bags (white) original mirrors and air filter box. Fun bike to ride. Starts right up, everything runs and works as it should. As with a bike this old , it is not perfect, but pretty close. I am selling because the garage is getting full, this is my 3rd, and I am picking up a 4th soon (BMW R90S) Deposit of $500.00 is due 48 hours after auction closes. Mon, 27 Feb 2012Max Biaggi won the opening race to the 2012 World Superbike Championship while defending champion Carlos Checa came back from a high-speed crash in the first race to win the second at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. Reigning champion Checa of Althea Ducati had a stunning high-side crash while leading on the sixth lap of Race One. The WSBK paddock was already in shock with the death of 17-year-old Oscar McIntyre in the Superstock 600 race the day before but thankfully Checa was not seriously injured.
