2009 Bmw R 1200 GS, A Low Suspension R1200GS that Gives New Meaning to Immaculate and Loaded! This is one of a kind - Feasts on pavement. Chews dirt. Demands seconds. Twisties? Touring? Gravel roads? It hardly matters because to the R 1200 GS, the most versatile machine in the 2009 GS lineup. This year, a five-percent increase in power raises its output to 105 ponies for even quicker acceleration. Handling is agile and precise thanks to a Telelever suspension system, and with the 2008 R 1200 GS also gets a few sporty new features that make it even more eye-catching, including stainless steel knee covers on each side of the gas tank, dynamic cylinder covers, as well as an ergonomic aluminum handlebar and a more comfortable seat. The result? A bike that thrashes every road you throw at it and begs for more. This one has ABS II, On Board Computer, Clear Signals, Hand Protectors, Cross Spoke Wheels and Factory Bag Mount system. The accessory list is quite long but deserves to be shared. Included are: Vario Cases with Passenger Backrest, (3 Pc set), Tour a tech Cylindere Protectors, Engine Guards, Bash Plate, Fuel Injector Guards, Driving Lights and Headlight Protector. Since retiring from racing after the 2011 MotoGP season Capirossi has been serving as MotoGP’s Safety Adviser. That, plus his familiarity with the MotoGP paddock and its racing circuits, makes him the logical choice as an ambassador for BMW M, the German manufacturer’s racing-performance subsidiary.
