There is a down payment of $500 required through PayPal once the auction has ended. Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end and make arrangements for the payment at that time. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end, if no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or sell it otherwise. 

Winning bid does not include mandatory title and documentation fee of $214.00. If you require a 30-day tag, one can be provided at a fee of $18.50.  

Ownership will be transferred to you with a clean Ohio title; a copy of your Driver’s License and S.S.# is required to do so. You may have to pay tax depending on what state you live in. If you live in CA, FL, IN, MA, MI or SC you will need to pay 6% tax, AZ is 5.6%. You will only have to pay tax once, unless your state tax is more than 6%, then you will need to pay the difference once you get it registered in your state. Ohio residents will pay their local county tax. 

Wire or ACH transfer is required for immediate pick up.  Due to the large number of fakes and phonies, we can only accept cashiers checks; the vehicle will be available for pick up after check clears, typically with in 10 business days.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for "motorcycle shippers". 

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
