After having major thoracic spine surgery, my kick starting and bike riding days are over; so, it’s time to sell after over 40 years of enjoyable riding.  This is the perfect bike for daily riding. All paint on the bike is original and has never been restored. It has the typical wear evident on an non-restored bike.  This bike never fails to attract attention wherever I’ve gone. If you have a R60 that’s fully restored and you feel guilty about riding it, or have always wanted a R60 because of the sheer thrill of riding one, this is the perfect ride for you. Please request any additional photos you might need.  I purchased this bike new in October 1969 from Lindner Cycle Shop in New Canaan, CT

NADA guides condition: Very Good

A very presentable, original motorcycle that may show signs of minimal wear that does not meet concours standards, perhaps due to age or overall quality.  All systems are fully operational and the machine is not in need of repairs.

Specifications:

·         acceleration when new: 0-62 mph – 8.8 sec

·         top speed when new:  84 (normally seated) – 90 mph (crouched)
