Winning bidders must call us at 978-263-9000 ext 111 within 24 hours of auction close to confirm the purchase, or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit due within 2 business days of auction's close. Winning Bidder must pay in full and take delivery of the vehicle no later than 14 days of auction close.
Payment can be made in cash, wire transfer, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
Massachusetts Residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax, title and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
WE WILL HELP YOU WITH SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and costs.
