Payment

We only accept PayPal for eBay orders at the present time.  Please see payment details above.  Please do not contact us about other terms, we only accept PayPal for your purchases.  If you purchase an item be prepared to pay via your PayPal account. We require payment within 7 days if you are not prepared to pay in that timeframe please do not bid. If your payment is not received within the 7 day period we will post an unpaid item dispute with eBay, payments not received within eBay's required 7 day waiting period will result in a strike placed on your account.

Free Shipping Option (USA and Worldwide)

If this listing states that free shipping is available, the price you pay will include all shipping and handling costs associated with your purchase.  We select the shipping method using this option.  We make every effort to ship your items within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after your purchase. 

USA Free Shipping will be by DHL Global Mail and the end delivery is performed by USPS.  Expect delivery of your item in 5-10 business days (Monday through Saturday) from the date of shipment. Tracking is included with every shipment we send in the 50 states and US Territories.  Tracking is not available for APO/FPO shipments using the Free Shipping Option, so we recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Mail (Expedited Shipping Option).

Worldwide Free Shipping outside of the USA is by DHL Global Mail to your country and the final delivery is by your country's postal service.  Expect delivery in 8-15 business days, however due to customs delays it can take 15-30 days or more.  Tracking is not generally available for worldwide shipments, however, at our option and cost we may ship an expensive/rare item using a trackable method.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.....do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below the purchased value or mark items as "gifts." The Merchandise value on the custom form will be the merchandise amount not including shipping. 

Expedited Shipping Option (USA ONLY)

USA Expedited Shipping will be by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Package Delivery.  Expect delivery of your item in 3-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of shipment. Tracking is included with every shipment we send in the 50 states and US Territories.  Expedited items sold today are picked and shipped the next day Monday through Friday (except holidays).  This ensures you should receive your package in the quoted time above.   There is an additional charge of $2.99 per item to cover the processing and additional shipping costs for these items. 

RETURNS

We inspect every item before we list it for sale, and again before we ship it to you.  Every effort is made to be sure you receive it in the condition we stated it would be in.   Sometimes, beyond our control, stuff happens.  And in rare occasions, we just make a mistake...but we want you to know we are here to work with you to make it right.  Your satisfaction is very important to us. 

Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback or 1-2 ratings on DSR's.   Please use the eBay problem report form as a last resort to resolve problems.  Just email us and we'll get working to fix the issue.  Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the item.  We will make every effort to replace or refund your item if you are not satisfied with what you have received.

You will be issued a return authorization to return defective items or at our option we may just refund your purchase.  The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of the authorization to return your item.  You will receive an email telling you how to go about sending the item back and what service to use.  If you do not use the service we requested, your refund amount will be at our discretion. 

Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping to you, and any return shipping costs we incur.  If an item is returned to us without our consent, we will relist the item and refund  your purchase at our discretion.   All damages or defective items must be reported to us within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
