We ship via USPS and Fedex with delivery confirmation. If the item is over $250.00 we will ship via signature confirmation and the package will be insured. Our items are sent out through a third party company named ShipBob, a company based out of Chicago

RETURN POLICY

We gladly except returns within 30 days from receipt of your ShopMelee purchase(s). No item can be returned without our return tag still attached in its original position. Since ShopMelee customers are responsible for returns, we kindly ask that you to insure your package for the items value or provide tracking information. We also charge a 20% restocking fee for any purchase(s) returned. Thank you!
