You considering a very clean, ridden, and well maintained bike with numerous accessories.

 THE GOOD:

 * NO MECHANICAL ISSUES WHATSOEVER.  (Just completed a 2000 mile trip and it was flawless).  This bike will last forever.  Those familiar with this work-horse know that.

* OIL JUST REPLACED. (4-stroke synthetic with mobil 1 M-110 filter)

* TIRES WITH PLENTY OF LIFE LEFT ON THEM

Accessories I have added to this bike exceed $2,500.  The following is the list of added accessories and estimated price.

*CEE BAILEY CUSTOM WINDSHIELD. I am 6' 3" and it is perfect  ($160)

 * KNEE SAVER LOWERED FOOT PEGS ($138)

 * BERGMEN ENGINEERING OIL ADAPTER SO REAL FILTERS MAY BE USED ($144)

 *K+N FILTER ($50)

*STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS SET ON ALL FAIRINGS ($50)

 * VENTURA BIKE PACK SYSTEM. ($375)

 * FENDER EXTENDER FROM FRONT FENDER ($30)

 *PROGRESSIVE FRONT SPRINGS ($74)

*FORK BRACE TO FIRM UP FRONT END ($124)

*HELLA FRONT HEADLIGHT UPGRADE ($500) this was my favorite upgrade as it is a hell-of-a lot better than the stock headlight.  A rare and well sought after upgrade.  Takes standard H9 bulbs and to increase the efficacy of this I personally installed HID ballasts for this light.  Included with all this is upgraded wiring direct to battery ($60)

*FRONT AND REAR TIP OVER BAR PROTECTION ($340)

*TIRE WATCH MONITORING SYSTEM ($86) and installed professionally.  When pushed on the LCD tells you the absolute pressure in real time of your tires

 *ACCESSORY FUSE BLOCK RELAY ($62)

*LIGHTER ASSEMBLY SOCKET ADDED TO DASH FOR ACCESSORIES LIKE GPS ($20)

*OXFORD PREMIUM TOURING HEATED GRIPS ($80) These work awesome in winter as I drove year round

 *THROTTLEMEISTER ($142)

 *HANDLEBAR RISERS ($92)

*SPIEGLER STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE AND CLUTCH LINES ($240)

AND SOME LITTLE THINGS....TILTED VALVE STEMS FOR EASY TIRE INFLATION, QUICK RELEASE FUEL TANK FITTINGS

THE MINOR BAD: there is some fiberglass patching to the front left trim piece seen in pictures.  There was a switch here that I removed and there was a big hole there so I patched it up. Not a functional issue at all--just looks weird.  The other notable worth mentioning seen in the pictures is that when installing the headlight upgrade I had a gas spill on the tank and it fried the paint off the top of the tank.  This was merely touched up with gold paint as you see.  For those anal retentive folks, this would require a repaint of the tank which is a piece of cake to remove.

I am the second owner of this bike and if I had endless money I would keep it because this bike is easy, quick, and very reliable.  I absolutely love this ride.  Do your research and you will find nothing but good stories about this bike that lasted a long time before retiring this model line.
