Payment

  1. We accept PayPal only.
  2. Please pay within 5 days. We may sell out of these items if your payment is received after 5 days.
  3. An "Unpaid item case" will be automatically open, if item(s) are not paid for within 30 days.

Delivery details

  1. We only ship to Paypal confirmed address as this is recommended for both buyer and seller protection. 
  2. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground after payment is cleared. UPS Ground will not be shipping to P.O Boxes.
  3. AK, HI, PR, Canadian and International locations have different shipping costs.
  4. Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  5. Extra charges will be added for shipping if the package is returned to us because of a faulty address.

Return Policy
  1. If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 14 days of receiving it.
  2. If the item is damaged, we may request photos of the damage to expedite the process.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days.
  4. Returned products must be in their original package and must be still be new and unused condition.
  5. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. Once the item has been returned and inspected your return will be processed and completed.


 

Warranty

  1. All parts are a one month warranty after your package has been recieved.
  2. Items under warranty are exchanged upon request. Customer is responsible for warranty return and shipping charges.
  3. damaged or defects resulting from improper installation will not be refund. Shipping damaged must be report within 3 days when received it.
