Forget “One careful owner, low mileage, full service history” – when it comes to penning classifieds we can all learn from Kyle Miller and Joe Strachila who’ve plundered their marketing genius to come up with the best scooter advert we’ve ever seen. The pair, from Seattle, became an internet sensation last year when they created a hyperbole-packed ad for $700-worth of frankly rubbish 1995 Pontiac Grand-Am. Now they’ve pulled the same trick to get rid of a Y2K Yamaha SH50 (the comically-named ‘Razz’), advertising it on Cragslist as “the fulfilment of your wildest fantasies”.

EICMA 2013: Yamaha Reveals the Tricity

Today, at the EICMA 2013 show, Yamaha unveiled what it is calling a new direction in its urban commuter category. The Tricity is a LMW (Leaning Multi Wheel) scooter aimed at folks who previously may not have considered a two-wheeled alternatives to public transportation. Dunlop’s Newest DOT Race Tire: the Sportmax GP-A Pro

Dunlop has released its newest DOT-legal racing tire, the Sportmax GP-A Pro. Being the spec tire manufacturer for the AMA Pro Roadracing series gives Dunlop plenty of top-level R&D test riders to develop the next line of tires. Couple that with the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Buffalo, New York, and the days of grabbing a set of UK tires over their American counterparts is over.
