Up for sale is my 2003 Yamaha YZF-R6 in great condition with only 7100 miles. I'm only selling it as I am relocating and won't have a garage for it anymore.
It is fuel injected, mostly stock with the exception of the pipe and fender eliminator kit. It runs, drives, rides and shifts perfectly, have had no issues. Back tire in great shape 90+% life left, front tire good with about 60+%life left. Strong battery as well. This bike has never been down, has no road rash or anything of the sort and shows a perfect accident-free history report. Clean title. Tue, 24 Apr 2012Trawling the internet for a sound clip of the Crossplane Crank Yamaha R1 on full chatter, I came across this: a few fast laps on board with New Zealand Superbike racer Tony Rees as he works the CABS Throttle Blipper on his 2011 R1. (Skip to 7:35 for the fast ones.) CABS is a system used by Superbike teams that makes use of the R1’s digitally controlled throttle. When you change up a gear, the bike blips in the perfect amount of revs to save time on track and make downshifts as quick and easy as clutch-less upshifts.
