2008 Yamaha R6 Special Edition bought with 60 miles on it and currently at 4441 miles. Never dropped and title in hand. Some goodies on the bike are full titanium Akrapovic exhaust system with carbon fiber slip on, k&n race air filter, frame sliders, new Michelin Pilot Pro 4 tires, all fluids changed to synthetic, power commander and dyno jet auto tune system, ASV shorty levers, Custom LED Blaster X integrated rear tail light and a few powder coated pieces to make the bike really stand out. Sharp bike and REALLY well taken care of. The bike comes with the original clear windshield and stock pieces. Bike is garage kept with zero scratches. Yamaha Reveals 2014 MotoGP Livery
Wed, 19 Mar 2014Earlier this month, we reported on the partnership between Yamaha and Movistar that would place the Spanish telecommunications company as title sponsor for the Yamaha MotoGP team for the next five years. The deal came at the eleventh hour, as contract negotiations and minor details needed to be sorted. Now, just days before the start of the 2014 season at the Grand Prix of Qatar, Yamaha has revealed its official 2014 MotoGP livery.
Yamaha Officially Announces Monster Energy Sponsorship
Tue, 08 Jan 2013As we reported in December, energy drink producer Monster Energy has signed a sponsorship agreement with Yamaha‘s factory MotoGP program, putting its brand on the Yamaha YZR-M1 race bikes, team clothing and equipment, as well as riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi. Monster Energy already had a personal sponsorship deal with Rossi but the company will now also sponsor Lorenzo. The reigning MotoGP Champion had previously had a sponsorship arrangement with rival energy drink company RockStar, but Yamaha exercised a clause in its contract with Lorenzo allowing a buy out of the RockStar deal as it conflicts with the team’s sponsor.
