Yamaha YZF-R description

This bike is a 2011 model with 4000 miles and was previously a track bike. I converted it back to street legal so i had to swap it with a street legal frame. So now the tile says 2007 R6 clean title with 512 miles instead of 2011 with 4000 miles. So i am selling the bike as a 2007 model. The frame was bought at Gold Rivers and they can confirm the purchase.

2007 R6 Clean title 512 miles and registered till the end of this month.

Pros
New Tires Shinko (20 miles)
Steel breaded brake lines
Power Commander

Cons
Few little scratches on the right side of the motorcycle.
small fairing piece missing --- the air duct cover. 24-30 dollars new

A MotoGP rep for under £100?

Fri, 29 Jun 2012

OK, so it's only for kids, but the new Yamaha M1 WGP 50th Anniversary Balance Bike is still quite cool. Aimed at kids between 2 and 6 years old, it's the same Kiddimoto superbike design that's been around for a few years, and costs the same as the standard Kiddimoto. Which means you effectively get the special graphics and Yamaha branding free of charge.

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?

Thu, 05 May 2011

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
