2013 Yamaha YZ 85 Purchased Brand New on July 18th as a replacement bike for my 13yr old to ride in the local 85 classes. The bike sat the month of August due to injury (not related to motocross) and was ridden for the last time Sunday as he is done riding 85's. The bike is completely stock and never opened except a ARC folding clutch lever, Renthal Bars, Twin Air filter, Graphics and a new MX51 rear tire as the factory one was junk.
My son rode KX 85's, RM 85's and this was our first YZ 85. He has liked this bike way more than the others and has been saying the last few months that this is the best 85 he's ever ridden! Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

Tue, 05 Jul 2011Fans of “King” Kenny Roberts will be in for a treat as the three-time World Champion will ride not once, not twice but three times at Laguna Seca during the 2011 U.S. Grand Prix, July 22-24. As previously announced, Roberts would join Eddie Lawson and about 200 fans in riding parade laps of the Monterrey, Calif., circuit on the Friday, July 22.
