This bike being sold as is. Has been in storage for more than 25 years. Needs full restoration. It is a complete Yamaha 650 XS2. Originally owned new by my brother. I bought from him in 1974 and have owned it since. It has not been ran since 1987. It includes a clear title. All shipping or pick up of this motorcycle is the responsibility of the buyer. 2014 Yamaha YZ450F and YZ250F Recalled
Wed, 26 Feb 2014Yamaha is recalling 2014 YZ450F and YZ250F off-ride motorcycles because of a risk of the drive chain detaching. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall affects 1,300 units in the U.S. while Transport Canada says another 115 units are affected north of the border.
Monster Yamaha Tech3 Garage Catches Fire at Circuit of the Americas
Thu, 18 Apr 2013The Tech3 MotoGP team put the Circuit of the Americas‘ emergency systems to the test after a small fire broke out in the team’s garage. Tech3 says the fire should not affect its participation in this weekend’s Grand Prix of the Americas race. The fire, which ignited some time overnight, was quickly doused by COTA‘s sprinkler system.
