Yamaha V Star tech info
Yamaha V Star description
I have only ridden the motorcycle a few times. There is nothing wrong with it, starts up great and easy, very smooth ride. Has a storage compartment on the side that includes new tools that came with the purchase of the bike. The tools were never used, no need. Comes with the Owner's Manual as well. The handlebars can be locked and there is also a little feature on the back side on the left of the back where you can hook up your helmet and that also has a lock on it. The motorcycle is practically brand new, never had any problems with it. I am the first owner, bought it from a dealership, Ride Now Powersports in Concord, NC. It has only been dropped once, but in the grass. It did not damage the motorcycle in any way, shape, or form. Shifting gears is smooth.

Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
Baby Yamaha SR125
Tue, 23 Dec 2014For two months, the mechanics managed to turn the "ugly duckling" born in 1989 into a masterpiece. A new subframe and seat were made for the motorcycle, a Renthal handlebar and branded CRD controls were installed. The engine has been completely restored, the crankcase covers are sanded and varnished.
And it's goodbye from him
Tue, 17 Aug 2010THIS IS Valentino Rossi's farewell letter to his Fiat Yamaha team following the announcement the flambouyant Italian is to head to Ducati MotoGP in 2011.The hand-written letter, mistakes and all, is written in almost a 'my first romance' kinda way. It's touching, if a little bizarre. Some of the letter reads:“Unfortunately even the most beautiful love stories finish, but they leave a lot of wonderful memories, like when my M1 and I kissed for the first time on the grass at Welkom, when she looked straight in my eyes and told me ‘I love you!'"Somehow, we can't see Casey Stoner gushing quite as freely when he leaves Ducati for Repsol Honda.
