2007 Yamaha V Star 1300 TOURER, 2007 V-Star 1300 Tourer-Red. Asking $5,200 OBO. Just over 47,000 miles. RS TD Handlebars/Kuryakyn Iso-grips (Royal Star Touring Deluxe handlebars, very relaxed bar location/setup with these bars). Bucks Lowers (wind deflection). RoadHouse Slip-on (great sound). Altimax (V) on the rear (dark side tire, rides great). Magnetic Oil Plug. Drilled air box (better air flow, common upgrade). Performance Springs in front suspension. Front tire has about 300 miles on it. Extra brake light with flasher module (good for visibility). Driving Lights. Spare parts included: brake pads, oil filter, almost new touring windshield (yes, an extra one) and pdf of owners manual. Located in zip code 23321, Chesapeake, VA. I will ride it to deliver it within 200 miles or so. I rode this bike daily for about 5 years, all maintenance has been very much kept up to date and was done by me. Runs great, no issues. AMA Superbike: 2012 Daytona Results
Tue, 20 Mar 2012Josh Hayes and Blake Young picked things up where they left off by trading wins at the 2012 season-opening AMA Superbike round at Daytona International Speedway. Reigning champion Hayes of Monster Energy Graves Yamaha took the first race handily, leading almost right from the start of the 15-lap race for the win. Yoshimura Suzuki’s Young, who finished second to Hayes in the 2011 AMA Superbike Championship, responded by taking the second race, but only by a slim 0.002-second margin.

Here we have new photographs of Yamaha’s “SUV motorcycle” from the show floor of the Tokyo Motor Show courtesy of Colum Wood, editor of our sister site Autoguide.com, who was in attendance. Yamaha describes the XTW250 RYOKU concept as an “unrestricted, anytime, anywhere” mobility vehicle offering performance, operability the capacity to carry heavy loads.
