The bike runs and driver per the shop. There is a little damage to the left side of the fuel tank. Appears may have been dropped. All else seems fine. Authenticated by Yamaha Motors UK, this unique 181-mile machine has been signed by the multiple world champ and is being sold by Oldham-based Highbarn Motorcycles. Any takers?
Casey Stoner to Retire After 2012 MotoGP Season
Thu, 17 May 2012Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.

Fri, 17 Jan 2014The penultimate day of Dakar 2014 saw a dramatic change in the overall standings which could make for an exciting final stage tomorrow. Today, however, Yamaha Factory Racing rider Cyril Despres took his second special stage win of 2014 and his 33rd career win for Dakar. Coma, despite taking a 15 minute penalty, finished second for the day, maintaining his overall lead.
