2013 Yamaha Super Tenere 1200cc, 6 speed, ABS, traction control, 2 performance modes. Bought as a new in the crate leftover in fall of 2015. Only 1,300 miles. Pearl white. Tricked out with AltRider gear top to bottom. Sargent carbon fiber pattern seat. Givi Maxima top case. Yoshimura RS4 pipe. 2016 model kickstand. Kaoko throttle control, ROX bar risers, Cyclops LED light bar mounted - wiring not completed. Madstad adjustable shield mount, wind wings, etc. NO GPS, I removed it after pics were taken. This bike won Adventure Bike of the year winning over the forever reining champion BMW 1200gs. Try to buy a new Tenere and equip it like this and you will have over $20,000 in it. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.

Yamaha Building New Factory in India
Mon, 14 May 2012Yamaha has received approval from the government of India to build a new factory in Chennai in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. Joining an existing factory near New Delhi, the new Chennai plant is expected to increase Yamaha‘s production capabilities in India to 2.8 million units a year by 2018. The new factory will be built on a 109-acre lot in Vallam Vadagal on the outskirts of Chennai.
