Hello there, I am listing my 1984 Yamaha RZ350 for sale, it has a clear Alabama Title under my name. I bought it last year and got it running for this summer, but I am letting it go to fund my other projects. The motor was rebuilt last month and has about 340 miles on it. Leak-down test was done before turning-on the motor, also it comes with a rare set of pipes my friend Mr.Toomey sent me couple of months ago. It’s a beautiful unrestored motorcycle, cosmetically it is not 10/10 but it definitely turns heads when you go around town on it. The tank has no rust inside, dents or dings, all the plastics are from the factory and paint looks good with no broken tabs. The seat has 3mm rip in the rear and gas tank shows age and you can see in couple of pics I have posted.

Overall the bike is in ultimate condition, motor runs strong and pulls hard once you hit the powerband with front wheel in the air. It has got all the necessary upgrades I can think of. Jetting and suspension is dialed and you can cruise on the highway all day and the engine temp does not go beyond 75C and bike runs like a champ.

I do have the side kickstand and all the mounting hardware...I will install it tomorrow

Yamaha Quitting World Superbike Racing After 2011 Season

Yamaha announced it is withdrawing its factory World Superbike Championship race team following the end of the 2011 season. The news comes as a bit of a surprise, just a week after reports the team had re-signed racer Marco Melandri for the 2012 season. On the other hand, the team has struggled to find a title sponsor this season, as has Yamaha’s MotoGP team.

I reckon the only thing to do when the snow comes is to get on a bike and my weapon of choice is usually a Yamaha TTR 125. I’ve had TTRs in the garage now for around eight years after Raceways Yamaha in Fleetwood put some on offer for just £900 and apart from a few broken spokes and worn out gearbox sprockets they have been indestructible. One of the two has an electric start and incredibly starts as easily as the day I took delivery.

SEE THE MACHINE that could propel Britain to a new motorcycle land speed world record at The Race Retro 2010 show, held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry from 12th to 14th March. Almost a year has passed since Visordown broke the news of the planned UK assault on the land speed record - this coming August the Angelic Bulldog team travels to Bonneville, where it is hoping to smash the 400mph barrier and bring the motorcycle Land Speed Record back to the UK for the first time since 1937. The current record stands at 360.913mph over a kilometre.
