The bike was started a few weeks ago and was in good working order. The battery has since died and requires replacing. The crank case has some scratches on it. There are some other scratches here and there. Tread on the front tire is good. The tread on the rear tire is getting low. Edwards has gone on a Man-cation with Ben Spies, put Yamaha Extended Service agents through boot camp and starred in his own feature in MotoGP’s official video podcast. The latest hijinks from the Clown Prince of the MotoGP paddock is the first in what looks to be a series of videos in support of the 2013 Progressive International Motorcycle Shows tour.

Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead

Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.

Intermot 2012: 2013 Yamaha FZ8 Announced

Along with the announcement of the updated 2013 FJR1300A, Yamaha also announced that its naked middleweight roadster, the FZ8, has received a handful of updates for 2013. Key among the modest improvements is revised EFI programming for smoother, snappier throttle response, and front suspension is now full adjustability. The fork has new preload and rebound adjustments atop the fork legs, while a new compression damping adjuster is located at the bottom of the fork.
