Beautiful 98 VMAX in superb condition, get on and ride, needs nothing. Factory black paint/wheels, chromed side covers and scoops, aftermarket reservoir covers, radiator cover, ton of money spent on extras. Aftermarket T-Boost switch and manul fan override switch, bike has been completely gone through and tuned-up, this is a powerful motorcycle, I have a dyno sheet showing 105 HORSEPOWER! Also has a comfortable aftermarket Corbin seat, a Yamaha factory backrest, Kuryakyn grips, and a Supertrapp exhaust that sounds wicked, This bike sounds and runs amazing, 27K orignial miles, no second gear issues, pulls like a freight train! Bike has been lowered about an inch, new Progressive springs out back, I can return the bike to stock heighth if you are a taller guy, this is setup for me and I'm 5'7", fits me well. Lorenzo Leads Sepang Test Day 1; Spies Fourth on 1000cc Yamaha M1
Tue, 31 Jan 2012Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo topped all riders with a top lap time of 2:01.657 on the first day of pre-season MotoGP testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. With reigning World Champion Casey Stoner ailing and unable to ride, Lorenzo produced the top time as the only racer to lap Sepang in under 2 minutes 2 seconds. Riding the 1000cc Yamaha YZR-M1, Lorenzo topped second-ranked Dani Pedrosa and his Honda RC213V by 0.343 seconds.

Tue, 02 Oct 2012Along with the announcement of the updated 2013 FJR1300A, Yamaha also announced that its naked middleweight roadster, the FZ8, has received a handful of updates for 2013. Key among the modest improvements is revised EFI programming for smoother, snappier throttle response, and front suspension is now full adjustability. The fork has new preload and rebound adjustments atop the fork legs, while a new compression damping adjuster is located at the bottom of the fork.
