1996 Yamaha Vmax 1200, For sale is my '96 V-Max (Yamaha VMX1200). This snarling beast is jetted, has a Kirker 4-into-1 pipe, many other upgrades. Recently serviced, and has a brand new Yuasa battery. The bike runs and sounds great. It's not in a showroom or museum condition, but it's dependable and very, very fast. Bike has 32,219 miles on it. Clean title. It's located in Coral Springs, garaged. 2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 Faces Recall for High Engine Idle
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Yamaha has initiated recalls on the 2010 R1 in several markets because of a problem with the wiring harness causing high idle speeds. As of this writing, recalls have been announce for Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. No recall has been announced for the U.S.
45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.

Wed, 16 Feb 2011Remember to dust your Union Jacks down if you happen to be visiting any Grand Prix this year as we have no less than seven youngsters to cheer on in the junior Moto GP classes. I don’t think we’ve ever had this many ‘yoofs’ in the GP paddock so let’s hope they can do the business and bring an end to our long drought of Grand Prix titles. And that could be soon as Scott Redding is already a hot favourite for the 2011 Moto 2 championship on his Marc VDS Suter machine.
