Yamaha Other description

This is the extremely rare 1987 (only made in 1987-1988) BW350 that is street legal. It gets looks everywhere I am only selling because I owe more $$$ than I have. I've taken this off road (Awesome in the sand see video), and use it to commute from Brooklyn to the Bronx 32 miles round trip. It will keep up with traffic on the highway. I've clocked it it at just over 70 mph with a little more to go. It has a new fuel tank the old one had a crack and rather than repair I replaced it. It's included and can be fixed. Has a new chain and sprocket, manifold (the old one had an air-leak) bigger better foot pegs, new rear brake pads. So much fun off road. http://youtu.be/7wQ7GJlPM6g Can help with delivery up to 200 miles for additional fee. Has transferable VT registration. Check my feedback and ask any questions.Being sold as is.

Mon, 17 Feb 2014

Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.

Stoner explains the tank slapper

Mon, 03 Oct 2011

Casey Stoner looked all set to win at Motegi, after translating his pole position into an early race-lead. But coming over the crest on the back straight his bike momentarily lost control in a tank slapper. Regaining composure the championship leader was forced to pump his brakes to get the pads back in place, with the rear-wheel bouncing in the air he ran out of time and space to make the 90 degree right hander and was forced to run into the gravel.
