It started out life as a classic powerful XS650. Now it's a mean, low and comfortable chopper. It Rides smooth on the Michelin Marathon tires. Sounds great with the custom exhaust. From lengthened front forks to the strong custom rear swing arm, this bike is both beautiful and completely functional. Custom lowered frame Longer front fork tubes Stainless steel front brake line Custom high and low beam Custom gauges that are accurate Custom rear swing arm Custom rear subframe that has battery and regulator/rectifier enclosed Custom rear fender that protects from the large rear tire Custom forward controls that are nicely built and adjustable Custom tank that has been sealed Custom headers Custom mufflers with removable baffles Custom seat with professional foam and cover Custom rear turn signals built into the rear subframe Custom brake and running lights K&N style air filters New needles, seats, jets etc Longer control cables Custom front turn signals Comfortable passenger pegs that match the front pegs She starts right up and runs well. Brakes stop you quickly, and it handles remarkably well. The seat height is very low as is the center of gravity. It is geared very tall, (low highway RPM) as you can see from the small rear sprocket. The welds are strong and look good. It has a single small dent in the tank (pictured) and very few imperfections (scratches) on the tank. The mileage is what is reflected on the odometer. the front fender has 2 very small dings from a headlight that is no longer on the bike. I would help crate for a fee to be determined and agreed upon. Buyer is responsible for shipping, but I will help in any way I can. This bike is very nice. It has very minor imperfections. Fri, 05 Jul 2013Ex-racer Ben Bostrum might have stopped competing on motorcycles, but he hasn't given up his passion for two wheels. He's teamed up with motorsports promoter M1 to create Ben Bostrom Events, a company that plans to host world-class cycling and running races across the US. According to a press release, the high-intensity events will feature an 'entertainment-filled atmosphere', combining many of the familiar elements found at other MOB (mud, obstacles, beer) racing events.
Yamaha EC-Miu Electric Trike Scooter Concept to Debut in Tokyo
Wed, 16 Nov 2011Yamaha is presenting a new electric scooter concept model at the Tokyo Motor Show in December. The Yamaha EC-Miu concept will debut alongside two other concepts, the XTW250 RYOKU and the Y125 MOEGI. The Yamaha EC-Miu is an electric trike, with two wheels at the rear, a design choice Yamaha says makes for a “stable, easy ride that women will especially enjoy”.

Mon, 07 May 2012Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.
