Up for your bidding consideration is a nice 1975 Yamaha DT250. Bike is almost complete with the exception of tool kit and mirrors. I bought the bike 3 years ago, performed a tuneup, sealed gas tank, changed out petcock, and cleaned carb. Bike had sat for a while. Bike will fire after a couple of kicks and runs strong, good throttle response. Bike has good compression. Put new knobby tires on last year. There are some small dings and some cosmetic rust. Speedometer shows 4362 miles but, I cannot verify. I do have a Michigan title last dated 2006 and fork seal covers that I have not yet replaced. Oil Injector system does work. There are no leaks, bike does have a battery but no tool kit. This is a good looking and good running bike for its age. $500.00 deposit is required through Paypal and the rest due in the form of cash or Bank cashiers check, allow 2 business days for Cashiers check to clear through bank. Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.
