Selling my first bike. SHE HAS BEEN DROPPED. I won't lie she has been down but only on slides. No major frame, sub frame, forks, or bike damage. The headlight is loose at this point but works. Tank has a small dent. This bike has never had any mechanical issues. This bike will pass inspection, it lapsed last month. Selling it because I have another bike and need money. She will give you smiles. Cash in hand before test ride. Over 7k has been dropped in mods alone. Come check her out. Yamaha Majesty Scooter Returns for 2012 Lineup
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha is bringing back the Majesty scooter as part of its 2012 lineup. The 395cc scooter was last offered as a 2010 model and it returns for 2012 with a new Charcoal color. Beyond that, the Majesty is unchanged, with its fuel-injected engine and V-belt CVT.

Fri, 14 May 2010Jean Philippe Ruggia, 1988, Coppice at Donington Park, Sonauto-Yamaha 250. This is elbow lean action. There was a previous blog entry of Ben Spies and his elbow grazing the tarmac onboard the M1 Yamaha, I admit it is impressive but I find myself admiring the horizontal angles that Ruggia submitted his 250 Yamaha to, with the above image taken at Coppice as a prime example.

Thu, 11 Aug 2011If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
