Yamaha FJR description

I am selling my 2013 FJR 1300a with 299 miles.  Bike is absolutely perfect in every way.  Comes with magnetic tank bag and luggage liners.

I purchased this bike with the idea of setting it up as an "Iron Butt Rally" bike but I rode my BMW instead.  In retrospect I should have rode the FJR, they took something like seven of the top ten spots in last summers Iron Butt Rally.

When I purchased this bike I was a contractor for Yamaha, now I work for another manufacturer.  As such I can't ride the FJR to work and when I'm riding for work I can't ride it either.

Extras include (all Yamaha parts) a magnetic tank bag, luggage liners and a touring windscreen.

This is a no reserve auction; clear title is in hand.

Bike is located in New England.

Glen Richards back with Embassy Racing

Wed, 27 Oct 2010

One of the unsung heroes of the BSB paddock over the past few seasons, has to be 2010 Superstock 1000 runner up Glen Richards. A nasty tumble in at the Brands Hatch opener lead to four DNFs, but once back on track he pushed the dominant BMWs hard, finishing on the podium eight times. While many were trading their grannies to fund new S1000RRs, Richards kept the faith and rode the wheels off his Padgett’s Honda Fireblade.
