Yamaha FJ09 description

This Yamaha FJ-09 uses a 847cc cross-plane triple, It has a smooth fuel delivery in each of it's three selectable performance modes. These mode are selectable on the fly.

The FJ-09 has standard traction control, along with ABS. The Yamaha. ABS is always active, but TC (Traction Control) can be toggled off while the bike is stationary. The FZ-09 is a hit with performance buffs. Both systems worked superbly on the slick and damp roads. I find it make great tourer. As a bonus, for a touring bike, it is much lighter than most at under 500 lbs. And need only a 29" - 30" inseam to get your feet on the ground.

I have added a better Windshield with a laminar wing for great wind protection. I've been riding for 63 years and decided it's time to hang-it-up. It will sell with factory luggage, a Givi large trunk, and a Garmin Zumo 550 GPS

Results From Day 2 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island

If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.

3J’s Charity Track Day Raises $30k

Since 2003, 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days have generated nearly $450,000 for charity. This year, the event’s 20th annual, 3J’s raised more than $30,000 for Speedway Children’s Charities. Nearly 120 riders converged on Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California for a day of riding around the 12-turn, 2.28-mile road course.
