Vincent Series D Black Knight 998cc in Excellent Condition description

This 1955 Series D Vincent Black Knight is in excellent original condition with all its original fiberglass enclosures intact. The paint is original with a few areas of touch up. All plated surfaces are original. This is a low mileage motorcycle with only 523 miles on the odometer. The only upgrades to original equipment are the front shock and the clutch. The upper frame member and rear frame member serial numbers are matching and are marked RD12885F. The engine number is F10AB/2/10995. I have owned this motorcycle since May of 2005, it is a great runner and an easy starter. This is a rare motorcycle with a total production of 101. Lee Rocker, of 1980′s Stray Cats fame, and still considered one of the most influential upright bass players in rock n’ roll history, will perform a free concert at the AIMExpo Saturday Night, October 18 outside of the AIMExpo show floor at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Rocker and the band take the stage at 7 p.m. to deliver a rockabilly performance. All AIMExpo attendees with either an admission ticket or a show badge are welcome to attend the intimate performance. Rocker’s performance is sponsored by the Ace Cafe Orlando, Bell Helmets, Kawasaki, Metzeler, AIMExpo, and MOTOTV. Ace Cafe, the legendary British hub for vintage motorcycle, car and music events, announced plans to open its first U.S.

The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.
