Victory V92 description

2001 Victory V92SC, VICTORY V92SC JUST IN!! RUNS GREAT!! HAS EXHAUST, AND MORE!! - If you're looking for a bike that matches your instincts for the road, you may have just found your life partner. The V92SC is the bike that defined the sport-cruising category with its introduction last year. Riders instantly responded to its combination of aggressive lines with confidence-inspiring handling. This SportCruiser has the power, the braking and the handling to take on any sweeper or switchback the road presents. This year, the V92SC gets even better. Topping our list of refinements is an all-new transmission. Our engineers examined every gear, tolerance, ratio and shift dog to completely redesign the guts of the gearbox. Combined with a new clutch design, the result is a smoother and quieter-shifting transmission. We also narrowed the bike significantly for an easier reach to the ground and pulled back the handlebars 2 inches for added comfort on long rides. We even shaved 27 pounds of weight from the V92SC through the use of lighter wheels, clutch, subframe and footpeg mounts. What we didn't change are the monster 50mm Marzocchi front forks, high-performance adjustable Fox shock, 2-into-1 sport exhaust, bobbed fenders and a rear tire that's 180mm fat. This SportCruiser is clearly ready for the road, and for you.

848 Challenge Oulton Park official race report

Mon, 09 Jul 2012

An emphatic and confident double win for James Folkard (Minards Pavlou Solicitors/Win43.com) this weekend cemented his position as one of the front-runners in the Ducati 848 Challenge. After some strong results at Snetterton and Misano, a first win for the man from Liverpool seemed inevitable, and this weekend at the Ducati Manchester sponsored Oulton Park round he walked away with a maximum points haul. Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) could only manage a third and a second despite feeling good about his chances for a victory, but he won’t be getting too worried yet as he extended his lead over closest rival Darren Fry (Hirebase Ducati Coventry) to 62.5 points.

WSBK 2013: Nurburgring Race Report

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes has taken over the lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings after splitting race victories with Chaz Davies at Germany’s Nurburgring circuit. Both races ended prematurely however with red flags during the final laps. Pata Honda‘s Jonathan Rea and FIXI Crescent Suzuki‘s Leon Camier both crashed on the 18th lap of Race One after running into oil spilled on the track from Pedercini Kawasaki racer Federico Sandi‘s ZX-10R.
