Overall condition is nice. Small dent in right side of fuel tank, Scratch on right saddlebag, reserve fuel selector inop, Cycle runs great. Cycle has many extras - tank bag, tools, cover, corbin seat, stand dolly for easy movement in garage ( on the stand in the pictures) riding jacket XL, and helmet. The previous owner is a traveler and just finished a trip around Canada and the USA on the cycle. He just purchased a motor home and is going to travel in that and sold the bike to me. My wife had a fit and now I'm selling it. The only miles that I put on were the 3 miles to get home from the sale. Like I said, the previous owner liked to travel and put on 70,000 miles in his travels. The engine runs very well and the acceleration is too much for me. At 72 I need a scooter not a 1200cc cycle. Would like local pickup but will cooperate with buyer to line up a shipper to out of state. Internet opens up all kinds of options. Pay Pal only. Fuel gage works and clock does not work.

Single sided chain adjustment
Wed, 14 Apr 2010We don’t get the manuals with our long term bikes and I didn’t want swallow my pride and ask triumph how to adjust the chain on the Speed Triple. For the life of me I couldn’t figure it out. The single side swing arm with centrally mounted disk is a work of art but how the hell you are supposed to adjust the thing?
