Triumph Sprint description

I can show this bike in the Reno area. Excellent Triumph Sprint ST 1050 Triple. Non-ABS. 6614 original miles.  Fresh Zero Gravity Windscreen.  Tires Excellent at 90 percent tread life.

This bike went down lightly on it's left side and I fixed it and have ridden it here and there for a few years. Runs great, tracks straight. I couldn't find a red lower fairing for the left side, so, I put on a nice blue one that I found - made it sort of a Union Jack Tribute Bike. If you want a matching red left fairing, they come up on ebay periodically for $50 - $100 - cheaper than I can paint and decal the blue one, so, you will be able to have an all red ST1050 in a short time and you can sell the blue fairing pretty easily, it's in perfect shape. Meanwhile, you'll be able to enjoy riding the bike. I just wanted to get this bike up for sale and on the road this summer, and she's ready to go. This is a California bike with a rebuilt Nevada Title. Very clean all around.  I really enjoy this bike. It's a nice canyon carver with plenty of smooth power. I took it through Death Valley a couple months ago and it was delightful. It also has a nice Corbin seat that will need a new lock and key (Corbin has them), and I have a couple 06 dark red metallic hard bags that will need locks replaced as well, but they'll come with the bike. So, if you ride, you'll love this bike. Only 6k miles and very comfortable and friendly. No surprises. This bike is priced reasonable, so, have your cash ready and make me an offer.  Too many bikes in the barn, and I'm adventure riding these days. And Remember: nothing sounds as cool as a Triumph Triple.

THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE - NO PAYMENTS, NO TRADES, NO CHECKS! IF YOU WANT TO DO A BANK WIRE TRANSFER, THAT WILL WORK FINE.  I'm happy to answer your questions here via ebay email.
This used bike is sold "as-is, where-is", no guarantee comes with this bike.  I can help load the bike onto your shipper's conveyance.  I can also work with your freight agent for international buyers.  Thanks!

New Triumph joins the family this Friday

    Tue, 23 Mar 2010

With the nights drawing out it feels like an end to what has been a very long winter. I’ve been getting the train to work recently and if you’ve used London’s tube network in rush hour then you’ll know what I mean when I say the words ‘inhuman over crowding’. I had a call from the Triumph factory in Hinckley today and the good news is my new staff bike will be ready for collection on Friday.

2011-2012 Triumph Daytona 675 and Street Triple Recalled in Canada for Unapproved Wheel Bearings

    Tue, 05 Feb 2013

Triumph has issued a recall for the Canadian market for the 2011-2012 Daytona 675 and Street Triple because the wheel bearings were provided by an unapproved supplier. At the moment, the recall is only for Canada and no recall has been announced for the U.S. market.

    2012 Triumph Street Triple sighted

    Fri, 03 Jun 2011

Whilst sauntering home from work the other evening, in a double-take I stumbled upon a 2012 Triumph Street Triple, the one with the 675 engine. Thinking that I had discovered a 'scoop' that this bike was being previewed in Islington I hastily took shots on my (un)smart phone - only to find out that the 2012 Street Triple has already been released to the streets of the UK. Peers have described the new slanty lights of the Speed/Street Triple as 'looking a bit mongoloid' but I have to disagree.
