2005 Triumph Thruxton 900 in RACING YELLOW.

Excellent, super clean, example with LOW miles (3365), perfect to ride and add to your collection.  Runs extremely well.  The RACING YELLOW tank, side covers and seat cowl compliment the silver fenders very well.  Triumph got this one right in my opinion.  Lots of Green, Black & Red Thruxton's out there.

-TOR factory mufflers installed with correct jetting and airbox modification.  Dyno tuned.  I believe I have the Dyno sheet somewhere.
-Aluminum thumb screws installed on seat cowl and side covers (see photos)
-DART Flyscreen.
-Aluminum oil filler cap installed. (see photo)
-Aluminum gas cap installed. (see photo)
-Polished stainless chain guard installed. (see photo)
-OE Side cover screws, cowl screws, oil cap and chain guard will be included in sale.
-Motorcycle cover included with sale.
-Haynes service & repair manual included with sale.
-Fresh AMSOIL oil and oil filter change.
-Battery Tender "charging tail" installed. (see photo)
-Very small area of clear coat blemish on r-engine case as indicated on photo.
-The rest of the paint, chrome, rubber and plastic are in as new condition.  Meticulous care has been given to this bike.

Speed Triple gets mean

I headed up the M1 this week to the Triumph Factory in Hinckley. The Speed Triple was due its 12000 mile major service and the workshop also had some new shiny bits to add to the bike for me. Service intervals are every 6000 miles which is more than bearable but the major service will cost you around £450.

Triumph has unveiled a new product called the Tiger Sport. The motorcycle received an inline 1050cc “triple”, installed on the latest generation of Speed Triple, an electronic “throttle”, a multi-level traction control, cruise control, ABS and a slipper clutch. There is no full specification yet, but it is known that the motorcycle will be produced in two color options: silver and black.

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
