Triumph Daytona description

This is our Daytona 600 2003 registration and model in color yellow.

It was originally purchased from new from the windy corner dealership in Leicester. The bike has had two previous owners since then and they have kept the bike well looked after, there are very few minor scratches on the bike, nothing major or noticeable at all.
The bike is currently has 22,000 miles on the clock, so very low for the bikes age. The bike has had three services stamped in the book, including the big 12,000 mile service. The bike would also come with lots of paperwork, previous MOT certificates ETC... the V5 and owners manual and key.

The bike has had some electrical issues which we do not want to invest time in to solving. The bike appears to need a new battery, regulator rectifier and possibly stater, although we have not investigated in to the issue.

The bike is available for collection, however delivery is possible.

Any questions then please feel free to ask, the bike will be sold as it is sold as seen.

Many Thanks,

James McManus

Charge Up you iPhone While You Ride

Fri, 12 Feb 2010

Motorcyclists can now enjoy total freedom on the open road confident in the knowledge that their cell phones, GPS, MP3 players and latest generation of iPhone/iTouch devices will remain fully-charged and in-service for the duration of the ride thanks to Powerlet’s plug and play systems. “Our product line was inspired by personal experience and the realization that there were no worthwhile options for clean, reliable on-board power for cell phones, stereos and GPS devices,” says Powerlet Products founder Adam Bonislawaski. “Before we came on to the scene, riders would bust out the black tape and wire strippers and cut into their bike’s fragile wiring to tie-in a cheap cigar lighter to power their devices.

2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple Transmission Recall Now Includes US

Fri, 31 May 2013

As we expected, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall for the 2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple because the transmission may have been built with the wrong detent arm spring. A similar recall was announced for Canada earlier this month, so we knew it was a matter of time before the recall was announced for the U.S. market.
