Full ground up restoration:
Re-bore new Pistons and rings Crank/Pistons/Conrods dynamically balanced Sludge trap cleaned, new big end shells and big end regrind. New valves, valve springs. New clutch basket and clutch roller bearings. New carburetors (Amal Monobloc) New header pipes and mufflers New battery, wiring Harness New high output alternator New control cables New Boyer electronic ignition (New 6v Coils) Reconditioned tachometer and speedometer New oil pump (Spin on Norton oil filter fitted) Every seal and bearing replaced (in the Engine and in the frame) Respray all frame parts and tank/Fenders to original factory color. New seat and seat foam Original tool kit New tires, and final drive chain Pink slip in hand tags until June 2017 500 miles since complete restoration receipts for over $7000, I also have manuals and restoration photographs. First 500 mile oil change (Mobil 1) and service complete. Head bolts re torqued. Next service 1500 miles.The bike run |

Mac Motorcycles
Thu, 28 May 2009British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.
