Triumph Bonneville tech info
Triumph Bonneville description
Matching number 1976 Triumph Bonneville 750cc 5 speed transmission,
first year of the left side shift. Bike is in great shape and is very
original with 14,500 miles. Runs excellent, starts first kick and shifts
great. Tank has newer paint in original colors, back tire is new, front
tire is 95%. Has brand new Amal premier carbs that were $375, original carbs go with bike. Seat is
original and in good condition with no rips or cuts, also has a new battery, new rear master cylinder and rubber brake line. Prior owner must have kicked started on the side stand and the frame tab needs to heated and straightened, it works fine but sits a little low, sits perfect on center stand. Just changed the oil in engine and transmission. I use Valvoline VV851 racing oil in my older Triumphs, it's non-detergent and has highest zinc content you can find.
I have built and raced motorcycles for quite few years and do all my own service, I have sold multiple cars and motorcycles on Ebay and have 100% feedback. Please email or call 678-401-2346 with any questions. If you have limited feedback on Ebay, please call before bidding. The Triumph is listed locally and auction could end early. |

Pikes Peak: Beware of Falling Hondas + Video
Thu, 26 Jun 2014With 12.22 miles of road winding its way to the 14,115-ft. summit, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb can be a daunting and dangerous challenge. Just ask our own Troy Siahaan who competed in last year’s “Race to the Clouds“ and broke his foot after crashing and falling off a 15-foot drop.
If Carlsberg made race circuits...
Fri, 15 Oct 2010I should have filed this blog an hour earlier but I became distracted by the human circus that is the Jeremy Kyle show. It’s a shameful admission, I know, but I’m a firm believer in the policy of honesty being the best. Enjoying the luxury of working from home, I was only making myself a bacon sandwich with the TV on in the background when excited cries of ‘Freak, Freak!’ from Mrs MF drew my attention to this (see pic).
Freedom Friday Photo Contest
Fri, 12 Apr 2013Freedom Friday is a call-to-action on the AMA’s Facebook page each Friday to alert motorcyclists about issues posing threats to motorcycling freedoms. Riders can partake in a weekly contest related to these issues and win prizes. Each week’s Freedom Friday photo contest asks AMA members to send a photo of themselves, preferably with their bike, near a symbol of the current topic. The issue that kicks off today is access discrimination, which can be illustrated with a photo of a “No Motorcycles Allowed” sign, “Wilderness” sign or anything related to freedom to illustrate their concern as a motorcyclist.
