What we have here is a sweet lil 1971 Triumph TR6R. Freshly rebuilt head by Choppahead Customs with new valves and valve guides. Points, condensors and capacitor are new. Running no battery. Will look for a new brake light lens cover, my toddler ran amock in the garage yesterday. Apologies. Bike will fire on 2-3 kicks hot or cold. Rubber has a lot of tread left, barely been riden. Amal carb. Copper spring solo seat. Bike is a bad ass lil lane splitter. I wouldn't think twice bout heading to the bar and pounding a few back anytime. I'm 15 minutes south of Wichita, KS. Oil On Canvas Originals To Be Auctioned
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Bonhams will be auctioning two oil on canvas originals from contemporary motorsports artist Robert Carter, January 9th at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. The title piece for this auction (pictured above) measures 48” x 60” and depicts AMA Flat Track star Jim Rice piloting his BSA to victory at the 1970 Santa Rosa Mile. Carter’s second original celebrates the Catalina Grand Prix of 1950’s fame. The oil on canvas piece is 36” x 60”. In addition to these two originals, some of Carter’s Giclee prints will be available.
