1970 Triumph Bobber Custom Triumph magic magneto I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles. Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle. This is one of those items:
We received this beautiful custom made Triumph from the estate of an older gentleman in Spring Branch, Texas. He was a professional bike builder and he built this fast bike for himself. Due to health reasons the bike stayed in his living room for the last four years. (He also gave us a 1966 BSA that is also being advertised on E-bay currently.) We sent the bike out to a Triumph Mechanic. He cleaned the carburetor, and this beautiful girl came to life. The bike is extremely fast and since I’m not familiar with bikes, but I’ll try to explain all the goodies that it has. The bike has all the right stuff! 750 cc motor Twin carbs Triumph magic magneto Custom paint Teardrop gas tank Solo seat Custom scrambler exhaust This bike starts on the first kick.
The bike has a clear Texas title. The owner’s son told us that his dad spent a fortune and quite a bit of time building this dream bike for himself. The engine and transmission were done professionally. He didn’t take any short cuts.
Remember this classic bike is 46 years old. Please remember that you are more than welcome to come see it in person. Your bid is your contract. 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and 1050SE – New Suspension, Handlebars and Colors
Tue, 27 Sep 2011Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.

Tue, 28 Jun 2011From Akrapovic is a new full system for the Triumph 675 Daytona: After extensive research and development with the Smiths (Gloucester) Racing team, Akrapovic have now launched a full system for the popular 675 Daytona. Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.
2012-2013 Triumph Daytona 675, Speed Triple, Street Triple, Tiger 800 Recalled in Canada
Mon, 25 Mar 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 and 2013 Triumph Daytona 675, Speed Triple, Street Triple and Tiger 800 because of a flaw in their turn signals. Several members of the Motorcycle.com forum network’s TriumphRat.net community have reported issues with turn signals breaking off, and this recall appears to address the issue. According to Transport Canada, the supports for the front and rear turn signals were incorrectly manufactured and may break.
