2003 Suzuki Vstrom in good condition with many upgrades and all scheduled maintenance. This is a thrilling sport touring bike equipped with everything needed to comfortably and conveniently hit the road. 37K miles, mostly highway. Always kept in heated garage winters and covered in summers.
Upgrades: Kappa hard cases and racks, Sargent seat (makes a world of difference for long days!), SV1000 engine (installed new, better weight to power ratio than the stock DL engine), center stand, heated grips, tall windscreen, and a handful of other upgrades. Recent maintenance: new rear tire, battery, sprockets and chain. This is the bike Suzuki should have made off the shelf for premium sport touring fun! |

In loving memory of the Suzuki Katana
Wed, 23 Mar 2016The Japanese are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the legendary Suzuki Katana motorcycle, whose appearance on the road still stuns the layman. Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.

Mon, 25 Feb 2013James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win in nearly a year, leading every lap in front of 68,987 fans at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta in his most consistent main event showing so far this season. The Yoshimura Suzuki racer was dominant in Atlanta, posting the fastest qualifying times and taking the holeshot to lead his eight-lap heat race before doing it again in the 20-lap main event. Stewart’s previous win was March 10, 2012, at Daytona International Speedway.
2014 WSBK – Donington Results
Mon, 26 May 2014Tom Sykes and Loris Baz captured a pair of one-two finishes for Kawasaki at England’s Donington Park. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.
