  • 1972 Suzuki T5001972 Suzuki T500 (1972)
    Here is a 1972 Suzuki Titan that we purchased from the original owner with 14,151 miles.  The bike had been last ridden in 1986 and was in storage since.  We completely disassembled the bike to go through the engine and transmission and to inspect everything possible - cylinders were cleaned up (internals looked very good) and heads were ported and polished . Frame was not repainted nor were the shiny bits re-chromed as it cleaned up very nicely but still shows some patina.

Suzuki has adopted the SR-VVT (Suzuki Racing Variable Valve Timing) system on the 2017 GSX-R1000. A centrifugal drive system is integrated into the intake gear and adjacent guide plate. It features 12 steel balls and slant grooves to rotate and synchronize the intake valve at a predetermined RPM for increased power at high RPMs.
