Suzuki SV description

I have my next bike lined up to buy (upgrade) and need this sold pretty quickly hence the low price
Title is clean
Insurance is cheap
~29,288 miles, may change as I have been riding,
Garage kept, No international. Test ride requires cash in hand. Bike will not leave until cash received or check has cleared

Addons:
-Tail Fairing (cowl?), albeit cracked
-Sargent seat
-Gold-Valve Cartridge Emulators (for dampening rod forks)
-Aftermarket mirror extenders
-Race-tech High performance Fork Springs
- Nissin brake callipers (front and rear)
-Aftermarket adjustable levers
-Vortex rear-brake/shifter
- LED Gear indicator (upside-down to hide the wire?)
-Fender eliminator
-Swapped rear shock from Zx-10
- Permanent Air filter
- Adjusted Clip-on orientation
-At one point, the first owner had handlebar risers so the brake-lines and clutch cables all are longer

Previous owner ran it hard, as seen in all the photos (scratched fairings, dented gas tank, cracked real fairing, rashed slip-on) .Those cosmetics withstanding, bike runs great. I've been using it as a cruiser for the city/twisties on the backroads and have taken it ~2000 miles.

Recently put on new front/rear tyres/ oil/oil filter change and cleaned the chain.

Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ

Mon, 14 Nov 2011

Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points. More from Harley-Davidson on Krawiec’s win: “I think this is really a statement on the season, to end it with an all-Harley final and the championship, and with Willie G.

Is This the New Suzuki V-Strom 650?

Wed, 01 Jun 2011

Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.
