Suzuki SV description

I have a 2003 Suzuki SV1000S with 15k miles. This bike is in good condition, ready for many more miles of quality riding. SV1000S stands for (Street, V-Twin, 1000cc, Sport). This bike is a great beginner's bike, yet an excellent bike for an experienced rider. It won't leave you thinking I wish I bought a faster, more powerful bike. I have a Yoshimura single pipe with a power commander. This pipe, mixed with the power of the bike, and huge amount of torque gives it a Harley sound, but yet the power/speed of a sports bike. This bike goes O-60 2.9 seconds. I have replaced the taillight assembly with a clear LED taillight, the blinkers are intergrated in the lights. Same for the front, I replaced the blinkers with blue flush mount LED lights, and moved the blinkers to the front headlights. These modifications have given the bike a sleeker look. As for the wheels, I have Michelin Pilot tires that hug the road very well. I have had some great memories with this bike, but it's time to let her go. $4800 OBO. is a steal for this bike, Serious inquiries please! Call or text (I prefer Text)

Cresent Suzuki Team Entering WSBK; Several Other Shoes Still to Drop

Fri, 21 Oct 2011

British Superbike racing team Crescent Suzuki announced it will enter the World Superbike Championship next year, but Suzuki racing fans are perhaps left with even more questions about the 2012 racing season. Crescent Suzuki will enter two riders on GSX-R1000 superbikes next season, but the team has not named its riders or described the level of support it will receive from Suzuki. This season, Crescent Suzuki fielded John Hopkins and Jon Kirkham with Hopkins falling short of winning the championship thanks to a photo finish on the season’s final race.

Intermot 2012: Updated Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive Introduced in Cologne

Wed, 03 Oct 2012

Suzuki introduced an updated Burgman 650 scooter at the 2012 Intermot show, refining the maxi-scooter’s styling and giving a boost in fuel economy. The 2013 Suzuki Burgman 650 is powered by a 638cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine, the same powerplant used when the scooter first debuted in 2002. Though the engine is essentially the same, Suzuki claims the 2013 Burgman 650 uses 15% less fuel than the previous model due to a refined  transmission system and reduced losses from friction.
