Suzuki RM description

1977 Suzuki RM370B

--no reserve auction--

-Please also see my very nice RM400 available at my other auction-

NOTE: I will DISCOUNT the price by 10% OFF of total winning $$ amount of each bike if winner buys BOTH the RM 370 & 400 during these two auctions. Auctions have been scheduled to end within 15 mins. of each other on Tues night. Here's a chance to add two very nice bikes to your collection at 'package deal' prices.

1977 RM370B original - Bike just finished up a minor cosmetic and mechanical refresh. 1977 saw a few improvements over '76 A models, including a much stronger boxed swingarm. With the exception of all new DC plastics (front number plate is original and excellent), tires, grips, levers (mini doglegs), & new repro seat cover, this bike is completely stock & original. Bridgestone tires are at roughly 75%. NEW: front & rear sprockets, chain. Carb cleaned. Rear silencer re-packed with fresh sound deadener. Brakes rebuilt. Excellent original aluminum tank, pipe & silencer, wheels, frame, KYB shocks (excellent shape--great damping!), etc. Forks rebuilt. I think even the bars are original. This bike is darned near collector quality, but priced with budget racing in mind. Runs excellent. It would be hard to find a better original 370 RM for even close to this kind of money.

See photos & use ZOOM feature please. NO TITLE sold on bill of sale if so desired.

Call or email with Questions--Az-Mike 623-465-0636

This bike is also for sale on my website AzMikesVMXbikes.com, and I reserve the right to end auction early with an acceptable offer.

$250.00 deposit due within 24hrs of auction end. Balance to be paid in full either upon pick up with cash, or in advance with check or bank wire transfer. Bike does not leave my possession until paid in full and all funds have cleared. Balance due within 7 days of final purchase.

Bike is sold in used and as-is condition with no warrantees or guarantees of any kind offered. This is a used vintage off road racing motorcycle, but buyer must know there will still be items needed to replace or correct by buyer, prior to buyer riding or racing this machine. At the very least --- new fuel, carb cleaned, and fresh oil needs to be installed in both gearbox and injection unit. Bike has been unused for many years so please give the entire bike a thorough RACE PREP prior to riding or racing it.

Mileage is an estimate. See photos for condition and visual estimation of mileage.

Craigslist Motorcycle Rip-Off

Thu, 12 Feb 2009

Eduardo S. Cordero III, 22, allegedly robbed three Sierra Vista men at gunpoint in Tucson. Cordero advertised a Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle that evidently didn’t exist, on Craigslist for $4,000 and lured the buyers in by taking $500 off the listed price.

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.
