2012 SUZUKI V-STROM 650 ABS Adventure, 2013 V-Strom 650 ABS AdventureIn 2002, Suzuki introduced the V-Strom 1000 in a new motorcycle category, the Sport Enduro Tourer. Its running performance and packaging earned worldwide acclaim. In 2003, Suzuki released the V-Strom 650 targeting a wider range of users. This versatile model covers not only daily use such as commuting, but also weekend touring as well. With the addition of an ABS-equipped model in 2006, the V-Strom 650 has always been the best-selling model in its class. To further improve its running performance and riding comfort, Suzuki decided to develop a new model.

2013 AMA Supercross Atlanta Race Report
Mon, 25 Feb 2013James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win in nearly a year, leading every lap in front of 68,987 fans at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta in his most consistent main event showing so far this season. The Yoshimura Suzuki racer was dominant in Atlanta, posting the fastest qualifying times and taking the holeshot to lead his eight-lap heat race before doing it again in the 20-lap main event. Stewart’s previous win was March 10, 2012, at Daytona International Speedway.
Suzuki Contributes to Philippines Typhoon Relief Efforts
Mon, 18 Nov 2013Suzuki announced it will donate ¥7 million (US$70,013) in aid to help those in the Philippines affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Suzuki joins Honda and Yamaha which have both previously pledged aid to the Philippines. The latest numbers have raised the death toll to 3,951 people, with another 1,598 still unaccounted for, and another 4 million displaced from their homes.
